Mango Cilantro Salsa
This recipe is so easy and refreshing, you'll want to make it for every occasion or for a night in!
1 10-ounce bag frozen mango, thawed
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1/2 navel orange, juiced or 1/4 cup
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Yield: 1 cup
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with baked plaintain chips or as a sauce for chicken.
