1. Create a Vibrant Base

Begin by covering the wreath form in festive garland. Use floral picks to secure the garland to the form. Make sure the garland covers the entire form.

2. Add Festive Focal Points

Add typical New Year’s party supplies to your wreath to give it some eye-catching fun. We used floral pins and hot glue to attach a New Year’s party hat and a deely bopper headband with stars. We evenly spaced these two elements at the bottom to give the wreath balance.

3. Incorporate More Playfulness

Glue together a cluster of horns and noisemakers and attach them prominently to the front of the wreath on each side.

4. Add the Blowers

Complete your creation with a flourish of brightly colored party blowers, tucking them around the wreath to add a final touch of whimsy.
