Ingredients

Makes enough for 8-10 hot dogs.

  • 3/4 lb. extra-sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1/4 lb. store-bought smoked cheddar, shredded
  • 2 tbs. diced canned roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbs. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs. sour cream
  • 1 tbs. spicy whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbs. hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
