Try This Summertime Grapefruit Cocktail Recipe
The Extra Great cocktail from HGTV Magazine is a refreshing (and cute!) drink ready to meet all of your happy hour needs.

Ingredients
Yields: One cocktail
- 1.5 ounces bourbon (recommended: Old Forester)
- 0.5 ounces Cointreau
- 5 ounces Q Mixers Sparkling Grapefruit
- Sugar (for sugar rim)
- Thin slice of pink grapefruit (for garnish)
Directions
- Add a sugar rim to a 12-ounce highball glass. Fill the glass with ice.
- To build the drink add the bourbon and Cointreau first. Finish by slowly pouring the Q Mixers Sparkling Grapefruit just to the top of the glass, just below the sugar rim.
- Stir gently to incorporate the ingredients and garnish with grapefruit slice before serving. Enjoy!
