Salted Caramel Dip

Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk or cream
2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce
Yield: 1 cup
Instructions
Using a hand mixer, blend together the cream cheese, vanilla and caramel until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar, mixing well. Add the cream or milk as necessary for consistency, and serve with fruit or graham crackers.
