Learn how to clean your oven without using strong chemicals.

Baking soda and vinegar work wonders on a grimey oven. Mix them with dish soap to clean racks and the inside of the oven.

Materials:

  • baking soda
  • dish soap
  • distilled white vinegar
  • microfiber cloth

Step 1

Remove racks from oven.

Step 2

Scrub racks with a cloth. Put them in a garbage bag with baking soda and vinegar mixture and set leave the bag in the sun for a few hours.

Step 3

Make a paste with soap, vinegar and baking soda.

Step 4

Apply thick layer to inside of oven. Close it and let sit overnight.

Step 5

Wipe away the grime!
