How to DIY a Cozy Welcome Peg Board

Materials Needed:
- 24" x 48" pegboard in white
- artminds 3- 3/8" wood shaker pegs
- lion brand hometown USA yarn
- gloss ocean mist by rust-oleum spray paint
Step 1
Have a piece of wood pegboard cut at the hardware store. We had ours cut to 16 inches by 36 inches.
Step 2
Spray-paint four shaker pegs and the board. Let dry.
Step 3
Use a large plastic weaving needle and yarn to cross-stitch the border and the word cozy, as shown. Secure each piece of yarn with a knot on the back.
Step 4
Attach the pegs to the board with screws.
Step 5
Hang using a pegboard mounting and spacer kit.
