All the Details on HGTV's New Hudson-Valley Based Series 'Small Town Potential'
City dwellers — real estate agent and designer, Davina Thomasula, and her life partner and contractor, Kristin Leitheuser — embrace the Hudson Valley's small town charm. Here's what we know.

Charming neighborhoods, idyllic rolling hills and the lush greenery of the Hudson Valley inspire city dwellers to chase a different pace of life in the new HGTV series, Small Town Potential, premiering Wednesday, June 14 at 9|8c. In the eight-episode season, real estate agent and designer, Davina Thomasula, and her life partner and contractor, Kristin Leitheuser, will help families who are ready to settle down in a cozy upstate New York town find the perfect house to renovate and call home. In each episode, Davina will devise a timeless design plan complemented by the area's natural surroundings that Kristin will bring to life with the help of her dad and building partner, Don.

"The Hudson Valley is full of unique and beautiful towns nestled along the Hudson River," says Davina. "So many people are moving here, because each town has a lot to offer and so much potential. I'm a real estate agent and designer who finds these upstate newcomers just the house they're looking for."
"And I happen to be her better half," adds Kristin. "A builder, working alongside my amazing dad, Don, renovating our clients' homes to get them ready for their move-in date."
In the premiere episode, Davina and Kristin will help a couple find and renovate an 1800s-era farmhouse with lots of acreage for their daughter to explore in Marlboro, New York. Later, they head over to a neighboring art community, Kingston, to transform a drab attic into a serene artist studio.
