We can't get enough of Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas. Seriously: The Bargain Block hosts are crushing Season 3 — so much so that we demanded a mid-season update from the Detroit kings themselves. Here's what they told HGTV.

1. They've Renovated Some of the Most Run-Down Homes Yet

"I've learned even more patience," says Keith. "And I've learned, there actually might be some houses we should skip over," says Evan. Despite the delays, obstacles and general deterioration of their chosen renovation projects, they've managed to finish them all ... so far, that is.
