Combine bourbon and vermouth to create this classic cocktail.

Ingredients

2 ounces bourbon
1-ounce sweet vermouth
orange bitters
cherry for garnish

Tools

shaker
strainer
cocktail glass

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker half full of ice.

2. Combine 3-4 dashes orange bitters, bourbon and sweet vermouth.

3. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with a cherry.
