Ingredients:

2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. Dirty Sue or olive juice
3/4 oz. squid ink
Citrus zest
Lemon pepper
Sugar
Salt
Lemon wedge

Tools:

Shaker
Strainer
Plate
Cocktail glass

Preparation:

In a shaker half full of ice, combine 2 oz. vodka, a little less than 1/2 oz. Dirty Sue or olive juice and 3/4 oz. squid ink (can be found in specialty Asian markets) and let sit.

On a plate, combine citrus zest, lemon pepper, sugar and salt.

Run a lemon wedge along the outside of the rim of a cocktail glass and coat half the rim with the mixture.

Shake and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
