Materials and Tools:

Ranger melting pan
Ranger nonstick craft sheet
frosted glass pieces
Ranger clear UTEE
Ranger Tim Holtz Adirondack Alcohol inks
various metallic and pearl embossing powders
metallic leafing
cellophane gift wrap
craft wire (optional)

To make custom colors of embossing powder: Place clear UTEE in small mixing container. Add several drops of alcohol inks. Quickly mix with a craft stick until alcohol from inks evaporates and you have a smooth mixture. Add more alcohol inks to deepen the tone, less for lighter tones.

Steps:

1. Place frosted glass piece on heated surface.

2. Apply UTEE and allow to melt; Place hot glass on craft foil.

3. Cool and remove to apply first layer of metallics.

4. Add various embossing powders (metallic, pearl, colored UTEE colored with Alcohol Inks) and allow to melt.

5. Add metallic leafing and cellophane gift-wrap to glass piece.

6. Glaze with final layer of clear UTEE.

7. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

8. Embellish with wire or additional glass pieces, if desired.

9. To make into a bracelet, adhere several small pieces to a bracelet blank using jewelry adhesive.
