Target always seems to know exactly what we need, so we're thrilled that they've decided to drop some Halloween cheer and unveil their Hyde & EEK! Boutique collection so early this year. It's only August, but we're already daydreaming of fall, and now this release gives us even more to look forward to. (Faux tombstones? Fuzzy spiders? Crystal balls and gauze garlands? Check, check and double-check!)
While Target hasn't dropped their full line just yet — they still have some surprises up their sleeve — you can shop some of our favorites this week. Scroll on to see everything we're eyeing so far, and prepare to get in the Halloween spirit.
Halloween Yard Decorations
'Tis the season to transform your front yard into a cemetery. Create one spine-tingling scene with these faux tombstones. Each plaque features a different inscription like "See You Soon" and Let Me Out," plus menacing bat and skeleton embellishments. You can use the kit on its own or pair it with pieces from other collections such as skeleton yard stakes or a groundbreaker mummy.
Halloween Porch Decorations
Few souls would dare to disturb this doorbell. The bloodcurdling buzzer is sound-activated and opens to reveal a large, colorful eye that actually moves and plays spooky sounds, thus creating a haunting scene on your front porch. You could also add a ghost sign or even a floating witch.
Creepy Halloween Decorations
Stop trick-or-treaters in their tracks with this hair-raising hanging spider. The fuzzy arachnid is about five feet wide and boasts adjustable legs, so you can display it above your front door, over your windows or on top of your garage. Best of all? The LEDs have two settings, so you can switch from fixed lights to flickering. Other creepy finds include an animated caged skeleton and an eight-foot-tall pumpkin ghoul.
Colorful Halloween Decorations
Halloween decor that's less terrifying and more technicolor? You've got it. Snag this ombre skeleton for your front yard to signal that your house is the life of the party. You can complete the look with a neon pumpkin wreath, faux tombstones and some painted pumpkins.
Funny Halloween Decorations
Earn big grins from the neighbors with this hilarious crashing witch. The prop fastens onto house columns and trees alike and features a black hat and cape, orange hair, and bright purple heels. She'll get you next time, pretty!
Lighted Halloween Decorations
Turn heads across the neighborhood with this giant "EEK!" sign. The letters are wrapped in mesh and finished off with spiders, spiderwebs and even one all-seeing eyeball. You can further illuminate your front stoop with the skeleton hands or smiling pumpkins below.
Inflatable Halloween Decorations
Once the sun goes down, the ghosts and ghouls come out to play! Create a show-stopping, spooky entry display with this 11-foot-tall inflatable archway that reads "Welcome Mortals" and is sure to have all the neighbors talking. Other inflatables include stacked pumpkins, a reaper and a spider.
Indoor Halloween Decorations
This frame's a real scream, don't you think? Complete your paranormal parlor with this animated skeleton. From a distance, the piece looks like an antique cameo with its tarnished silver chain and ornate detailing. But up close, the specter twists and turns in the eerie green glass like it's trying to break out.
Halloween Home Accents
Infuse a little Halloween spirit into your kitchen with this set of terry kitchen towels. The spider-themed towels are not only a practical place to dry hands or dishes but will also ensure your space is ready for the spooky season ahead. Looking for more home accents? Check out the throw pillow, blanket and tablecloth down below.
Halloween Party Decorations
Put some frightening finishing touches on your mantel or snack table with this shatterproof skull wreath. The decorative piece features three rows of black ball ornaments punctuated by small white skulls. You can dial up the drama by adding an eye-catching balloon arch, a themed serving tray or a skull candy bowl.
Halloween Decoration Lights
Make those darkened nooks and crannies look even more creepy with this incandescent gauze garland. The strand is about nine feet long and features tattered black fabric that mysteriously sways in the wind. (Gulp.) All that's missing from this vignette are some black flame candles, a spell book and a bubbling cauldron.
