  • 2 oz. green candy melting wafers, melted
  • 5 fresh blackberries
  • 3 oz. bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. seltzer
  • YIELD: 1 serving

Instructions

Monster Up the Glass

Place the melted candy in a disposable piping bag or in a zip top bag with a tiny hole snipped in one corner. Pipe candy ‘stitches’ around the rim of an old fashioned glass and allow it to stand until firm, about 10 minutes.

Mix Cocktail

Muddle 3 fresh blackberries in the bottom of the glass, and pour in the bourbon, lime juice and syrup. Stir briefly. Fill the glass with ice and top with seltzer. Garnish with two fresh blackberries on a cocktail pick.
