Ingredients
Yield: 2 cocktails
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
- 4 ounces milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 rectangles graham crackers, crumbled
- large marshmallows
Rim the Glass
Pour the chocolate syrup into a rimmed saucer, then place the crumbled graham crackers in another saucer. Rim each glass in chocolate first (Image 1), then top with the crumbled graham crackers (Image 2).
Combine Ingredients
Pour the vodka, cream liqueur and milk into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.

Pour Over Ice
Add ice to both glasses. Then, with both glasses rimmed, add the vodka mixture.

Top With Marshmallows
Garnish each drink with toasted marshmallows, or serve them on the side as a yummy treat.

Step 4- Toast Marshmallows Garnish the drink with toasted marshmallows or keep them on the side as a yummy treat. Toast the marshmallows over an open flame or use a micro-torch to give them some color.
