Invitation Suite

Although the couple now calls California home, they wanted to get married in Newnan, Georgia near where Jill grew up.

Vinewood Stables

At Vinewood Stables, the venue for this fall wedding, the bridal party got ready in the main house. The ceremony took place outside, and the reception was in a barn on the grounds.

Something Boozy, Something Blue

Jill's shoes served as her "something blue" as she walked down the aisle.

A wooden swing created the perfect photo op at an outdoor wedding.

Flowers and a Cocktail

Jill holds her wedding bouquet and a Moscow Mule, which was her signature cocktail served at the reception. The floral arrangements at the wedding included a mix of peonies, garden roses, spray roses, dusty miller, ranunculus, sweet peas, dahlias, freesia, thistle and berries.

Jill wore a Vera Wang gown and Lucas sported a J. Crew suit.

Old Blue

This old truck, or "Old Blue," that belongs to Jill's best friend's father made for some fun, vintage-style photos. "When we decided to plan a rustic wedding, I knew I wanted 'Old Blue' there," Jill says.

The elegant writing on the place cards juxtaposed with a barn door fit the rustic glam wedding style Jill says they were aiming for.

This Way

Directional signs like this one are great for outdoor weddings. This sign is one of the many things the couple crafted themselves, Jill says.

Drink Menu

This drink menu from their special day now serves as a decorative keepsake in the couple's home in San Fransisco. "We framed our custom bar menu and now have it displayed on our bar cart," Jill says.

Croquet for Cocktail Hour

Although the wedding day is all about the bride and groom, it doesn't hurt if your guests have a good time too. Offering games like croquet and corn hole to entertain guests in between the ceremony and reception is a great idea for outdoor weddings.

Love Games

The bride crafted this corn hole set with the couple's initials, using orange, green and gray to fit the fall color palette of the wedding.

Ceremony Flowers

These beautiful blooms lined the aisle at the ceremony where guests sat in a collection of antique wooden chairs.

November Wedding

"We both wanted to get married outside, and I loved the combination of the giant tree we had the ceremony under and the lovely open barn we had our reception in," Jill says.

First Kiss

The couple shared their first married kiss under a wooden altar the venue provided. It was adorned with flowers and greenery from Virtu Floral Design.

Table Flowers

Jill says she envisioned a rustic glam wedding, so she wanted a bright autumnal palette of greens, tangerines, corals and red-oranges.

Place Setting

These garden-esque printed numbers from Rifle Paper Co. marked each dinner table. Jill says they picked up a variety of vintage gold frames at flea markets and thrift stores to add to the display.

Let Them Eat Cake

Instead of having one large, multi-tiered cake, the bride and groom opted for a buffet of cakes in a variety of flavors, including red velvet, carrot, tres leches, strawberry and more, which lent a retro, bake sale vibe to the tablescape.

Head Table

Catered by Atlanta restaurant Sun In My Belly, the dinner menu consisted of parmesan mashed potatoes, Zinfandel and rosemary marinated filet of beef tenderloin with gorgonzola cream sauce, black pepper biscuits and more.

Peach Preserves

Homemade peach preserves were perfect wedding favors to give out at this Peach State wedding.

Party Sunglasses

Guests got down on the dance floor wearing sunglasses and glow sticks. They were also great props for the photo booth they had at the reception.
