Mixed Textiles
Mina and Karen created a cozy living space by mixing leather chairs, a linen sofa, woven rug and sheer curtains in one visually appealing room.
Wood Accents
Mina and Karen created a cozy wood theme by accessorizing the eating area with a wood table and chairs, as well as wood-accented rustic bar stools.
Stainless Accents
On the other side of the eatery, Mina and Karen outfitted the kitchen with modern stainless appliances and brushed nickel knobs and drawer-pulls to add extra intrigue to the cozy, casual space.
Sage Shiplap
Looking to make a statement in your bedroom without opting for an upholstered headboard? Here, Mina and Karen show just how well shiplap wainscoting can work.
Brass Elements
The round brass-rimmed mirrors and shiny brass sink fixtures give this light and airy bathroom an undeniably chic feel.
Iron Lines
Mina and Karen maintained clean lines in this simple office space by using an iron-edged desk and cabinet. The minimalist silhouettes let the decor on and within the furniture speak for itself.
Outdoor Living
So often, homeowners, apartment dwellers and condo inhabitants forget to put their outdoor spaces to good use. Here, Mina and Karen show how simple it is to spruce up a front porch to make it look as inviting as possible.
Natural Chic
Here, Mina and Karen converted a bedroom into an office, giving it a natural chic vibe that's bound to set a cheerful mood ahead of each work day.
Open Concept
This open concept kitchen features quartz countertops, floor-to-ceiling backsplash and white cabinets, as well as statement stainless appliances. Together, these elements make for a bright and airy vibe within the space.
Cool Beach Tones
Mina and Karen outfitted this upstairs master bedroom with cool beach tones, giving it a serene, cozy feel. We especially like the breezy floor-to-ceiling window treatments, which give the space an even more peaceful allure.
Textures Galore
We can't get over this stylish renovation—particularly how many textures are at play. From a leather chair and fur throw to a steel ladder shelf and white linen couch, it's a sight for sore eyes.
Modern Minimalist
How simple and stunning is this master bedroom makeover? From the framed bed and symmetrical nightstands to the uniquely shaped stools, we're swooning.
Cozy Kitchen
The words "cozy" and "kitchen" might not seem to go together since it's less about sitting and more about cooking while standing, but one look at this warm-tinted space and you'll understand (and likely agree with) the word choice.
Warm Neutrals
Mina and Karen took this living room to the next level with a variety of warm neutrals, including a mismatched couch and leather chairs that pair perfectly together.
Four-Poster Frenzy
Here's another finished main bedroom where Mina and Karen put a four-poster bed to good use. Even without a canopy, the frame speaks for itself.
Vintage Charm
This vintage-inspired kitchen features butcher block countertops and retro lights, paired with pale gray cabinetry, giving it an especially charming feel. We don't know about you, but we could sit and sip coffee there all morning long.
Cool Neutrals
This light gray and tan living room is accented with dark black and brown tables and chairs, giving it a modern farmhouse appeal in the process.
Brass Accents
This bathroom is so charming. Complete with marble countertops, brass hardware, and a trendy Hudson-esque mirror, it's a space that's bound to capture guests' attention.
Boho Neutrals
Another renovation, another canopy bed. This time, the neutral color palette, shabby chic iron frame, and pretty chandelier make it look fit for a boho princess.
Exposed Wood
The exposed wood wall in this modern farmhouse reno immediately grabbed our attention. Thanks to its placement, it's almost like a second headboard feature.
Conversation Couches
Rather than centering this living space around a TV, Mina and Karen set two neutral couches facing each other with a statement wood coffee table between them. In that way, the space is more about connection than disconnection and is bound to be the setting of many game nights and cocktail hours to come.
Minimalist Office
Here, we have a minimalist home office complete with a wood-topped, steel-frame desk. With open shelves as opposed to drawers, it's a home office concept that requires maximum tidiness but is also a great way to display your favorite things.
Statement Shelves
There are so many things to love about this stylish living space but the sliding-door bookcase definitely takes the cake. Talk about a statement-making display!
Expansive Eatery
Have you ever seen such a stunning kitchen island? One thing's for sure: There will be plenty of space to sit down to breakfast in this house.
Boho Chic
Here, Mina and Karen worked with the original hardwood flooring (protecting it with rugs in the process) and added neutral tones and cozy texture to bring a boho-chic vibe to life.
Round Table
Within that same home, Mina and Karen continued with a neutral palette and ensured that there was a cozy space to sit down to meals, game nights, and family gatherings.
