The real revival tour we've all been waiting for — the Lenox Spice Village has finally restocked after selling out twice since its massive 2024 debut hit! Initially launching in 1989, when collectibles were selling at an all-time high, these whimsical house-shaped spice jars captured the hearts of many as a top collector's item and one customers are eager to get their hands on again.

"We believe the Spice Village is so admired because it offers more than just a place to store spices — it’s a conversation starter that sparks joy, a piece of nostalgia and a beautiful representation of craftsmanship," says Lenox's VP of Marketing Jennifer DiBenedetti.

And while these longtime fans are sure to be thrilled about the relaunch, the real inspiration for the comeback originated from new generations of collectors who have also fallen in love with the Spice Village charm. Between the rise of Cottagecore and #Thrifttok, this widespread appreciation of nostalgic decor and enjoyment for collecting made it clear to Lenox that these new fans see the Spice Village as they intended: "a cherished piece of art," according to DiBenedetti. Now, eager collectors can finally start their own collection and existing owners can add to theirs by ordering the village on the Lenox website.

Individual houses sell for $15 each and the 24-piece set for $299. The individual houses are currently out of stock, but you can enter your email and sign up to be notified the moment they're back.

Due to the Spice Village's beloved quaint aesthetic, this relaunch remains mostly true to its original design. Their newly crafted nature may result in some very slight variations, along with an additional second-edition back stamp. This ensures the relaunched Spice Village will have that same nostalgic, meticulously crafted appeal while still being recognized as something unique.

"By keeping the design mostly unchanged, we allow everyone to experience the magic of the Spice Village exactly as it was originally envisioned," says DiBenedetti.

The best part of the Spice Village, besides its unique functionality, is its whimsical, picturesque look that makes displaying the miniature village half the fun. DiBenedetti encourages customers to get creative with the display and make it their own, like arranging them in a straight line to mimic houses on a street or clustering them for a more village feel. "We recommend placing it on open shelving in the kitchen or dining area where it can be easily admired. Some collectors even like to integrate the Spice Village into seasonal displays, adding elements like tiny lights or greenery to create a festive holiday atmosphere." No matter how you decide to arrange your collection, the Spice Village will undoubtedly shed warmth and nostalgia to any space.
