  • (1) sheet pink, brown, white and kraft paper card stock
  • pencil
  • fine-tipped black marker
  • white crayon or colored pencil
  • glue stick
  • scissors

This clever cutie is perfect for the coffee-loving mom. Begin by folding the sheet of pink card stock in half, hamburger-style. Sketch and cut out a to-go coffee cup from the sheet of kraft paper card stock. Next, sketch and cut out a lid from the brown card stock and a coffee sleeve from the white card stock (Image 1). Glue your coffee cup and lid onto the front of the pink card. Hand-draw your design and a saying on the white coffee sleeve using a pencil (Image 2). Use a fine-tipped black marker to finalize your text and design (Image 3). Then, glue the sleeve into place. Use a white crayon or colored pencil to complete your card with coffee steam accents (Image 4).

  • (1) large yellow pom-pom
  • (2) mini yellow pom-poms
  • pencil
  • fine-tipped black marker
  • pink colored pencil
  • orange colored pencil
  • hot glue gun + sticks

Get creative with this adorable, chick-inspired design. Fold the sheet of kraft paper card stock in half, hamburger-style. Then, sketch your design on the front of the card using a pencil. Place the pom-poms where you'd like the chicks to be, lift them up and mark a small X with the pencil (Image 1). Use a fine-tipped black marker to finalize the text. Then, apply hot glue on the marks you made to secure each pom-pom (Image 2). Use the black marker to add feet and beaks to the chicks. Then, color in the beaks with an orange colored pencil. Add pink hearts for an extra pop of color (Image 3). Tip: Customize the design by adjusting the number of mini yellow pom-poms to match the number of mom's kiddos.

  • (1) mini red pom-pom
  • (16) mini pink pom-poms
  • fine-tipped black marker
  • hot glue gun + sticks
  • glue stick
  • scissors

Give Mom a sweet treat sans the sticky hands. Fold the sheet of mint green card stock in half, hamburger-style. Then, sketch and cut out an ice cream cone from the kraft paper card stock. Situate the cone and pom-poms on the front of the mint green card to your liking (Image 1). Using a fine-tipped black marker, draw intersecting diagonal lines to create a cone pattern using a fine-tipped black marker (Image 2). Glue the cone onto the front of the card using a glue stick, and glue the pom-poms above the cone using a hot glue gun (Image 3). Hand-write a message at the top of the card with a fine-tipped black marker (Image 4).

Use a fine-tipped black marker to finalize your text. Then, use a yellow crayon or colored pencil to add a fun, colorful accent to the word "bee-utiful" (Image 2). Grab the kiddos, and have them add their thumbprints to the card using yellow finger paint (Image 3). Allow the thumbprints to dry. Add bumblebee details, like stripes, eyes and wings, to each thumbprint using a black marker (Image 4).

Give Mom a bundle of blooms without stepping foot in a gardening store. First, cut the five sheets of tissue paper into squares of the same size, approximately 6 inches by 6 inches (Image 1). Fold the sheet of pink card stock in half, hamburger-style. Then, crumple up each tissue paper square into a ball, and arrange them like a bouquet of flowers on the front of the pink card. Next, sketch a flower pot onto the kraft paper card stock, using the pink card and flowers to estimate an appropriate size (Image 2). Cut out the flower pot, and hand-write text using a fine-tipped black marker. Then, glue the pot onto the front of the pink card using a glue stick (Image 3). Make sure the tissue paper blooms are situated properly and use a green colored pencil to draw a stem for each one (Image 4). Finally, glue the tissue paper flowers in place with a hot glue gun (Image 5).
