Bloody Clam Cocktail

Bloody Mary cocktails pair well with so many kinds of dishes. Many say the drink is a dish in itself. The lemon and lime juices in this version add a refreshing tartness.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 oz. premium vodka
4 oz. Clamato juice
1 oz. clam juice
Pinch of wasabi powder
Dash of Sriracha chile sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/4 a lime
Juice of 1/4 a lemon
1 shucked littleneck clam

Preparation:

Start with a tall Collins glass.
Drop in the clam.
Fill glass with ice and pour in vodka.
Add Clamato and clam juice.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Shake and serve.
