Sweet and Spicy Popcorn Snack Mix
This popcorn packs a lot of flavor into very little prep time.

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 to 9 cups freshly popped unsalted popcorn, preferably popped on the stovetop
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup pepitas
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until melted, then add the chili powder, lemon zest, salt and cayenne. Add the popcorn, almonds and pepitas, and toss to coat.
