Easy, Snackable Saltine Pizza Bites
With a dab of sauce, a pinch of cheese and a sleeve of saltine crackers, these pizza bites are a snap to toss together for a tasty snack.

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 1 sleeve saltines, or about 40 crackers
- 1 jar pizza or spaghetti sauce
- 1-2 packages Italian or mozzarella cheese
- Preferred pizza toppings
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
Place desired number of saltine crackers on cookie sheet. Add a teaspoon of pizza or spaghetti sauce to the center of each cracker. Sprinkle a large pinch of cheese onto each cracker. Top with desired pizza toppings.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned on edges.
