Hot Cocktail: Hollywood-Inspired Toddy
Named after the Quentin Tarantino film, the H8full 8 is a play on the classic hot toddy.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Wyoming Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. Jim Beam Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Jacked Pumpkin Syrup*
- 1/4 oz. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. apple butter
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 3 oz. hot water
- cinnamon
- pumpkin beer
- sugar
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the hot water to a mixing glass and stir to combine. Pour into a pre-heated mug and top with hot water. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
*To make the Jacked Pumpkin Syrup, combine equal volumes of Uinta Oak Jacked Imperial Pumpkin Ale (or other pumpkin beer) and sugar in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is slightly reduced in volume.
