Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Wyoming Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. Jim Beam Rye Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Jacked Pumpkin Syrup*
  • 1/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. apple butter
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 3 oz. hot water
  • cinnamon
  • pumpkin beer
  • sugar

Preparation

Add all the ingredients except the hot water to a mixing glass and stir to combine. Pour into a pre-heated mug and top with hot water. Garnish with grated cinnamon.

*To make the Jacked Pumpkin Syrup, combine equal volumes of Uinta Oak Jacked Imperial Pumpkin Ale (or other pumpkin beer) and sugar in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is slightly reduced in volume.
