Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago, home to HGTV Urban Oasis 2011, overlooks the Chicago River and the Magnificent Mile and is within walking distance of both Gold Coast and River North neighborhoods.

A hotel and conference center, restaurants, a health club, a world-class spa, residential condominiums and penthouses comprise the 92-story tower, the tallest residential building in North America.

Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago, designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, rises 1,388 feet above the Chicago River. It’s located on the site of the former Chicago Sun-Times Building.

Exterior details include polished stainless steel and iridescent-tinted glass. Residential units boast spacious layouts and 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows.

Stairs terrace three levels below the tower’s lobby level to the Riverwalk. Ninety thousand square feet of shops, cafes and boutiques will eventually line this riverfront park.

The tower boasts 339 hotel guest rooms and 486 residential units, from studios to four- and five-bedroom penthouses.

The tower’s dog park, open 24 hours a day, is tucked away from high-traffic areas to ensure privacy. A dog-walking service is also available to residents.

A walkway from the hotel’s front lobby follows the curvilinear glass-clad façade in two directions: to a landscaped plaza or through the Wrigley Building to Michigan Avenue.

An elegant entrance greets guests and residents of this mixed-use facility.

Thirty-foot ceilings and muted, luxe materials, including limestone, ebony and alabaster, comprise the hotel lobby, designed by McGinley Design.

Located on the Mezzanine level, the hotel’s lounge and bar, coined Rebar, boasts stellar views of the Chicago River and the Michigan Avenue Bridge. Both cocktail and sushi bar menus are available.

Located on the 16th floor of the tower, Sixteen, a Michelin-rated restaurant, features a modern American menu. The terrace at Sixteen offers panoramic views of the river, lake and Navy Piers and is open for casual dining during summer months.

The Spa at Trump® offers a full menu of services, 11 treatment rooms and nearly 100 spa programs. Fifty-three spa guest rooms are available for those who wish to enjoy a weekend or week’s worth of treatments and pampering.

Health club facilities, located on the tower’s 14th floor, include a 75-foot heated lap pool that overlooks the city skyline. Poolside dining is available, with items offered from the spa’s menu.

Along with availability of spa treatments and membership to the health club and pool, residents have access to all hotel concierge services, including in-room dining, housekeeping, valet and babysitting.

Four- to five-bedroom penthouses, located on floors 86 to 89 of the tower, run the gamut from 2,343-square-foot lake and city view units to the top-floor penthouse, which boasts 14,260 square feet of living space.
