About the Hosts

Left, Brian Balthazar spent more than a decade as a network executive at HGTV, where he oversaw such shows as House Hunters, Love It or List It, Flip or Flop, Christina on the Coast and Flipping 101. Right, Loren Ruch is the Group Senior Vice President of Development and Production for HGTV where he oversees the programming and development team who are responsible for all of their hit programs including Celebrity IOU, A Very Brady Renovation, Property Brothers: Forever Home, My Lottery Dream Home, Bargain Mansions and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and so many more.
