White, Bright Family Kitchen

Against the far wall, Spanish tile serves as an eye-catching backsplash, while open shelving adds decoration and makes clean up a breeze. Thanks to the kitchen's white walls, the yellow barstools really stand out.

Open-Concept Design

With a flowing floor plan, this room easily opens into the rest of the home, including the casual dining room. Here, six chairs provide plenty of room for the family -- and keep the kitchen in close proximity.

Home Includes Indoor Swing

With an indoor swing, a teepee and a climbing wall, this bright and vibrant home was clearly built for family fun.

Colorful Powder Room

Feather-themed wallpaper and an antler-inspired mirror pack a lot of punch in a small powder room. Here, guests can freshen up, or the little ones can wash their hands before dinner.

This relaxed dining space gets its color from bold furniture and accents, including a brightly-patterned table runner. Three baskets in the center add natural texture.

Open Walkway, Bright Lights

An open walkway runs through the dining area of this open-concept living space, offering a great spot for an indoor swing. Cheerful colors and versatile seating further characterize the clean-lined dining space.

Indoor Swing in Fun Family Home

An indoor swing puts to use an otherwise ordinary hallway between the dining and living rooms, as well as adds a whimsical touch to the home's overall look. Framed artwork on the walls gives the space a splash of color.

From the modern lighting to the antique woodstove to the teepee and piano, this multifunctional family space is filled with fun and personality. On the opposite end of the room, sliding doors open onto the patio.

Eclectic + Comfortable Sitting Area

Living Room Showcases Faux-Antlers

This eclectic living room offers great views inside and out. White walls form a neutral backdrop for fun patterns and bold accents, like the faux-antlers on the wall, while soft furniture grounds the conversation area.

Living Room With Sweeping Views

A pair of dainty armchairs creates a fun vignette and a functional spot to watch the sunset. Meanwhile, an old-fashioned wood stove nods to the home's age and character, as well as keeps the space warm.

Kids' Play Corner

With a teepee and a small table, the back corner of the room becomes an ideal spot for the kiddos to play together. A woven rug below softens the tile floor to prevent bumps and bruises.

Kids' Corner With Activity Table

To give their clients a space the whole family could enjoy, the designers brought in fun, colorful furniture for the kiddos. The red activity table gives the little ones room to color, host tea parties, or read a book.

Functional Home Office

A pass-through space between the kitchen and living room is put to full use as a functional home office. Dark wood pops against the white walls, while a leather chair complements the home's terra cotta tile floors.

Master Suite Features Bold, Polka-Dot Wallpaper

Blue and white wallpaper immediately draws the eye in this beautiful, light-filled bedroom. Hung on just one wall, the wallpaper calls attention to the bed, where a vivid yellow headboard holds its own against the strong pattern.

Yellow Notes, Colorful Pillows

Wall-mounted lights combine with small table lamps to ensure that the room is well-lit for reading into the night. The upholstered headboard's yellow notes carry into the duvet cover, while colorful pillows further uplift the cheerful aesthetic.

Bedroom Includes Green Tones

An olive green armchair and woven area rug bring the colors of the room full-circle, as well as create soft surfaces for lounging. Black trim around the door draws the eye into the adjacent bathroom.

Master Bath With Clawfoot Tub

This white-walled master bathroom is eclectic and informal, with a mix of furniture pieces that offer a break from the typical built-in cabinetry. The clawfoot tub's black finish is echoed in the lighting and on the door trim, adding a touch of drama to the design.

Mediterranean Accents

An antique wardrobe is flanked by two blue-painted cabinets that hold the sinks in this eclectic master bath. Mediterranean accents like the terra cotta floors and Spanish tile pop against the room's white walls and ceiling.

Sink Lined With Spanish Tile

An embossed metal mirror with floral flair and a Spanish tile backsplash infuse this master bath with Mediterranean-inspired detail. Blue painted vanities give the space a calming nature.

Matte-Black Clawfoot Tub

On the other side of the room, black trim contrasts against the clean white walls, as well as complements the light fixtures and matte-black tub. To the left, a stall shower waits at the ready.

Stall Shower Features Ornate Tile

Tile with an ornate design covers the shower walls, making the small stall a focal point for the rest of the bathroom. A rainshower head and handheld attachment are high-end touches, resulting in a space that blends functionality with luxury.

Kids' Climbing Wall

Down the hall, a climbing wall gives the little ones another place to let out some energy, while an area rug keeps the floor soft and cushioned. To the left, patterned wallpaper draws the eye into the nursery.

Warm + Cozy, Fox-Themed Nursery

With fox-themed wallpaper and soft throws, this kids' room feels fun and cozy, which is perfect for a new little one. An armchair in the corner creates a little nook for reading books, while a daybed pulls out for afternoon naps.

Funky Pillows Enliven Daybed

Teal, purple and orange-colored pillows easily enliven the neutral-toned daybed. An ottoman within arms' reach offers room for essentials, like tissues or baby bottles.

Kelly Green Vanity in Kids' Bathroom

Fresh green cabinets and a whimsical mix of modern and traditional elements turn the kids' bath into a fun focal point. Black penny tile pops against the pale, sleek countertop for ample visual interest.
