While renovating this space, once a blacksmith's shop, the designers made no additions to the original structure. To create bedrooms, they simply added a staircase and took advantage of the building's tall ceilings to turn the old hay loft into a sleeping loft.

The upper level of the petite home has been transformed into a sleeping loft. The painted wood floors were part of the structure's original architecture (this area was a hay loft). For storage, built-in shelving and a custom hinged clothing rack were added.
