For the First Time Ever, You Can Spend the Night in Juliet's House in Verona, Italy
Want to spend Valentine's Day in the most romantic house on Earth? Airbnb is holding a contest to send one lucky couple to Verona, Italy.

This Valentine’s Day, Airbnb is giving one lucky couple the chance to play Romeo and Juliet in the most epic of settings: Casa di Giulietta, the Verona, Italy, house popularly believed to be the actual home of Juliet Capulet.

It's probably illegal to win this contest and not shout "O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou, Romeo?" from this balcony at least once.
The 14th-century townhouse is now a museum, where people from all over the world leave behind their love letters and wish for romance. But for just one night, Valentine’s Day, the museum will be transformed into the most romantic of bedrooms, with the actual bed used in the 1968 film adaption of the story from the Italian director Franco Zeffirelli. It’s the first time people will get to stay there overnight since the 1930s, Airbnb says, and the only way to do so is to win their contest.
Every year, thousands of people send letters to Juliet in Verona, which are received by Juliet’s Club, a non-profit that responds to each one of them. To enter, all you have to do is write a letter to Juliet with the tale of your own love story, and try to persuade her that you and your significant other are deserving of a stay in her home. The contest ends Feb. 2. Airbnb will provide roundtrip flights to the winning couple, plus a few other romantic Airbnb Experiences. The part-time Romeo and Juliet will get to learn from Michelin star chef Giancarlo Perbellini and partake in a romantic, private photoshoot around Verona with a professional photographer.

The lucky lovers will also get to try their hand at responding to a few letters to Juliet. Her room is outfitted with a desk and plenty of writing supplies to inspire heartfelt letters.
While Juliet’s home isn’t up for grabs at any other point, the Airbnb Experiences associated with the prize trip are available for anyone to book in February.
