Learn how to build a PVC Pipe Fort for about $25 that your kids will love. First, use a PVC pipe cutter to cut three 50-inch pipes. Attach 90-degree three-way connectors; use felt pads to protect the floor. Cut two 11-inch pipes and attach them, placing 90-degree elbows on the ends.
