The powder room's custom vanity with a glossy sunshine yellow has a mirror with yellow frame above. The powder room walls are covered in a distinctive Dalmatian-style pattern done in white and sunshine yellow (instead of black and white) that coordinates with the custom vanity.

The powder room’s toilet features a seamless, easy-to-clean design, with a compact elongated bowl that offers added comfort while occupying the same space as a round bowl.

To give the room a lot of identity and a bit more visual tension, the ceiling of the powder room was covered in a wallpaper with white and sunshine yellow nautical-like stripes. "This room is basically teaching people how to make the most out of a small space, or how to play with bold color in a way that's not super committal because it's a small room,” says designer Brian Patrick Flynn.

The powder room's durable whitewashed wood-look porcelain tile floor offers a neutral backdrop for the different tones and shades of yellow in this space.

The custom vanity includes brushed nickel knobs and pulls with rich detailing that add the perfect finishing touch.

The two sleek wall sconces with a polished nickel finish and white shades that flank the custom mirror provide pleasing light for this fashionable powder room.

Banana yellow relaxed roman shades on the powder room window add another punch of the happy and versatile color. "This is a very elegant room even though the yellow is very energetic," says designer Brain Patrick Flynn.

The vanity’s under-mount white sink includes a vintage-style spout with separate handles and brushed nickel finish. A clear vase with yellow daises on the vanity counter reinforces the color scheme.

While the outside of the powder room's paneled door is painted pure white, the inside of the powder room door was painted yellow to keep with the room's bright and happy color scheme.
