A geometric focal wall and decorative artwork are eye-catching features in this urban bedroom retreat.
A single black sequined throw pillow and silk pillows in a blue geometric pattern add interest and texture to the queen-size bed.
The bold wall treatment behind the headboard is a fun accent to this neutral space. "It mimics a simplified version of the pattern I saw in the rug," says interior designer Lindsay Pumpa. "It's very angular and geometric. I added the teal in there to add some color."
In direct opposition to the bedroom's sharp lines, a rounded nightstand and curvy lamp soften the design and create depth by introducing new shapes.
A series of small black-and-white paintings is a play on detail and depth between the bathroom and closet doors.
"Even though it's a smaller room, it doesn't feel that way," says Lindsay. "Guests have their own en suite bathroom."
A modern polycarbonate chair with a graphite-colored base is just as comfortable as it is chic, creating an ideal spot for guests to relax in privacy. The stainless steel end table repeats the room's linear style, while the full-length floor mirror reflects light, visually expanding the space.
A large window boasts enthralling views of Atlanta's cityscape below. By forgoing a window treatment, the visual effect is both simple and modern.
"We repeated a diamond pattern throughout the space," says Lindsay, who designed the guest suite with modern style and luxury living in mind. The hand-woven wool rug showcases the diamond pattern as well as the room's color palette of cream, gray, black and beige.
With a wall-mounted television, guest can enjoy their favorite programs from the privacy of their own room.
A closet door opens up to a substantial walk-in closet, housing extra pillows, blankets and plenty of space for guests to store their belongings.
Stainless-steel hangers with rubber tips keep clothes in place, while a geometric laundry basket with leather handles makes a stylish statement in this walk-in closet.
This striking platform bed with a panel-tufted headboard exudes elegance and regality. Due to its slim proportions, it was the perfect choice for the cozy guest room.
The notable chandelier is composed of bent aluminum bars, giving it an interesting shape and making it a mesmerizing focal point in the room.
With attention to detail and privacy in mind, the designer was able to create a bedroom suite that every guest will look forward to visiting.
