Breaking away from the apartment's neutral color palette, plum walls create a dramatic statement in the main bedroom. "I was looking for a way to break up the colors from the rest of the apartment, and plum was the way to go without looking out of whack," says interior designer Lindsay Pumpa.

A stylish and useful kitchenette includes a paneled mini fridge, bar sink and tons of cabinet storage space, making it the perfect location for a wine or coffee bar.

A built-in bar sink and mirrored tray with classic decanters give this main bedroom the convenient appeal of a luxury hotel.

A mini refrigerator is the perfect addition for keeping beverages chilled and afternoon snacks within reach.

A glamorous ivory, leather-upholstered headboard incorporates familiar neutral hues and provides a striking backdrop for the gorgeous throw pillows, several of which were found in local shops.

A locally-procured vintage armoire was given new life with a coat of black paint and elegant brass fixtures. The beveled mirror above the armoire brings light and depth to the dark corner.

With a wall-mounted television just a few feet away from the queen-size bed, residents of the house can easily watch the news while getting ready in the morning or enjoy lazy days with movie marathons.

An imaginative stool with a bronze finish is placed in front of a window, offering an idyllic spot for taking in the city view.

Lounge chairs upholstered in short-sheered sheepskin add a luxe touch to this contemporary bedroom. A walnut armrest and brass frame create a balanced blend of natural and urban style, much like the city of Atlanta.

A spacious main bathroom in toned-down neutrals provides a private and relaxing environment within the main suite.

A modern Lucite side table with brass accents anchors the bedroom's sitting area. Since Lucite takes up very little visual space, a graphic rug with a large scale floral print was the perfect accessory to punch up the design.

Though designed as its own distinct space within the main bedroom, the sitting area incorporates a mini Sputnik chandelier, pulling in the elegant style of the overall space.

A set of geode bookends is a whimsical accessory that reflects the apartment's mix of natural beauty and a glamorous color scheme.

A tufted area rug with neutral stripes tones down the sultry plum found in the walls and ceiling. The wool blend area rug also provides a warm landing when getting out of bed in the morning.

Crisp white, double-lined sheets and pillow covers cloak the bed in comfort and luxury.

A baroque tile throw pillow in a purple hue adds interest to the bedrooms sitting area and coordinates beautifully with the deep plum walls.

Jaw-dropping city views cover the walls like art through stunning floor-to-ceiling windows.

Maintenance free but with a completely natural look, a faux palm in a tasteful planter brings texture and life to this lavish bedroom.
