Master Bathroom From HGTV Green Home 2009

Glass tile in a stunning sea blue serves as the inspiration for this spa-like space, complete with vintage-style soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.

I always talk about things I don’t try to do and that’s a ‘destination house'. But in the bedroom and bathroom, it isn’t a destination but a mood or location.

Interior Designer Linda Woodrum

To create that coastal yet not over-the-top feel, Woodrum focused on subtle touches like the resin oyster turned planter and ceramic garden stool in a soothing blue shade to match the bath tile. The glass-enclosed shower is its own tropical retreat. A small window brightens the corner space and a seat allows one to relax and enjoy a steam treatment on those mornings when time allows. His and hers vanities boast oversized mother-of-pearl mirrors, CaesarStone countertops in a tan-brown shade and mirrored trays turned right-side-up and utilized to hold folded towels, glass canisters and decorative silver starfish.
