Designer Naomi Stein wanted the vanity to resemble campaign-style furniture and worked with cabinetmaker Christiana Cabinetry to get the scale right. To dress up the corner, she paired a Ghost chair with a vintage mirror and a hot pink lacquer tray.

Prior to the remodel, the 10’ x 13’ carpeted space was filled with random furniture that was dark and heavy.

Tiffany blue tape trim on the white linen shade and Nina Campbell Osborne & Little wallpaper adds a subtle touch of sophistication.

"Etageres are great in small spaces because they are open on all sides and seem to float in a room," says Stein.

A crystal flush mount fixture was the last antique find for the room. It provides just enough sparkle.

The vintage gold-base coffee table complements the new and affordable Ballard Design sofa.
