Charcoal Wallpaper, Metallic Accents Meet in Foyer

This chic entry is also fully functional thanks to a console table for storing keys, mail and other essentials. Gold-trimmed containers complement the mirror above, while Daikon Stilk sconces in onyx offer an unexpected yet luxe touch.

Modern Miami Estate Boasts Refreshing Entry

With cool white walls and a splash of blue art, this entryway offers a refreshing escape from the Miami heat outside. For additional visual interest, the designers added Koroseal wallpaper to the right and layered a round mirror to break away from the straight lines.

Chic Sitting Room Includes Custom Light Fixture

Down the hall, guests will arrive at a spacious sitting room. Here, they can choose from several comfortable seating options and admire a custom light fixture from Casa Zeta Italia, which is made of steel and fabric. Floor-to-ceiling drapes emphasize the room’s height and also allow for privacy at night.

Orange Decor Adds Warmth to Living Area

A closer look at the living room reveals orange pillows and throw blankets, which give the cool white sofas a hint of warmth. A custom coffee table anchors the space and allows guests to keep their drinks within reach.

Hand-Tufted Area Rug Defines Living Room

A pair of Minotti sofas and a leather bench invite guests to stretch out in style. Meanwhile, a deep blue and gray area rug defines the space, as well as echoes the same hues found in the home's entry.

Contemporary Great Room With Impressive Ceilings

A charcoal-painted pillar easily catches the eye in this open living space, accentuating the room's tall ceilings. A custom console table connects to the piece and gives the owners another drop-zone for mail and keys.

Built-In Bar Includes Chic Black Seating

On the far side of the room, six chic black barstools create a casual yet stylish spot for drinks. Floating shelves showcase favorite shakers, as well as keep the counters free of clutter.

Custom Bar Connects Living Room, TV Area

Between the living and TV rooms sits the home’s very own bar, a custom carpentry creation topped with Caesarstone countertops. Barstools from Restoration Hardware provide comfortable seating for enjoying a beverage while watching a movie or ballgame.

Contemporary TV Room With Plush Gray Sectional

The family’s TV room is a more casual version of the living room, borrowing elements like the painterly patterned rug and the fabric-wrapped lighting (a favorite from Soho). The designers utilized the family’s existing sectional sofa and stunning wall art, but added in new elements to bring the whole room together.

Custom Kitchen With Bright Blue Seating

Eight teal chairs make a fun addition to this sleek dining space and give the all-white kitchen a pop of color. A funky light fixture hangs overhead, brightening the room and complementing the unique design.

Kitchen Includes Sleek Cabinetry, Modern Light Fixture

Sleek cabinets and a minimalist light fixture make an eye-catching combination in this modern kitchen. A large white island below complements the space's clean lines, as well as gives the owners a designated spot for prepping dinner.

Comfortable and Contemporary Living Area

Opposite the open kitchen waits the family's main living space. Two plush gray sectionals ensure that everyone has enough room to stretch out, while a floating cabinet offers storage for video games and movies.

Spacious Silver-Infused Formal Dining Room

For more formal affairs, the owners can head into the dining room just off the kitchen. Here, a long table with fourteen slipper chairs allows for large family-style dinners, while a silver chandelier overhead generates serious interest.

Dining Room Includes Cool White Drapes

Soft white drapes decorate the far wall, providing shade from the sun during the day and privacy at night. Meanwhile, a sleek sideboard showcases the family's favorite sculptures and art.

Modern Powder Room With Chrome Details

Sleek lines and white walls easily define this powder room, making it feel clean and modern. A vessel sink with chrome fixtures adds a luxe touch, as well as gives visitors a way to freshen up.

Living Area Boasts Chic Black-and-White Artwork

For a casual twist on traditional hanging art, the designers tucked a custom built-in shelf behind the Alberta Morrison sofa and layered paintings across it. In turn, a once blank wall now packs a visual punch.

Custom Floor-to-Ceiling Shelving Unit

A custom floor-to-ceiling unit anchors the pool room and gives the family a spot to display favorite items. Better still, a chair can be pulled up to the bottom to create a built-in desk.

Detailed View of Modern Living Area

A closer look at the family room shows unexpected hints of green by the TV! A green vase and leafy little plants break up the modern design and make it feel a little more natural.

Connected Pillar Makes For Seamless Detail

Behind the sofa, a charcoal-painted pillar connects to a console table for an intriguing detail. Two gold accents below give the design a luxe touch and tie the space together.
