Rustic Woods
Place a log slice or tray on the table and then add a rustic serving platter. Tie candles together with twine and place in the center. Fill the remainder of the serving dish with pinecones and vintage ornaments.
Cinnamon Stick Candles
Place rubber bands around the middle of short candles. Put cinnamon sticks between the rubber bands and the candles, completely covering the outsides of the candles. Use twine or ribbon to wrap around the cinnamon sticks and cover the rubber bands. Place the candles on a long serving platter.
Snowy Forest
Perfect for a smaller table, this centerpiece still makes a big impact. Use a tall, large vase to hold bottle brush trees. Add floral foam to the bottom of the vase, leaving a bit of space between the foam and the vase. Press bottle brush trees into the floral foam at slightly varying heights. Fill the base of the vase with artificial snow to completely cover the floral foam.
Frosty Bottles
Upcycle used bottles for this wintery white look. Place a serving platter on the center of the table. Use spray snow to coat the outsides of three bottles. Add twigs to the tops of each of the bottles. Add artificial snow to the platter to completely cover the inside. Add other decorative touches as desired.
Candy Cane Stands
Place a long serving tray on the center of the table. Gather four candy canes in one hand and secure together with a rubber band. Looking down on the tops of the candy canes, pull the bottoms of two diagonally positioned canes apart toward you and away from you. Pull the other two canes apart from the bottom to the left and right. Twist the tops to all point away from the center. Place an ornament or large jingle bell on top. Cover the rubber band with a strip of decorative paper fastened with transparent tape or glue stick.
Cake Stand Gifts
Gather three white cake stands of varying heights in the center of the table. Wrap simple white boxes for each cake stand using coordinating or matching ribbon. Place boxes on the cake stands with a few coordinating ornaments.
Decorative Lanterns
Fill lanterns with ornaments instead of candles. Stick with one or two colors for a simple, impactful look. Gather the filled lanterns in the center of the table.
Candy Jars
Brighten up any tablescape with colorful, holiday ribbon candy. Fill apothecary jars or tall vases with ribbon candy and gather them in the center of the table. Mix the colors together or separate them by jar.
Candy Cane Glasses
Add candy canes to straight-sided glasses with the hook part pointing away from the glass. Press paper toweling into the center of the candy canes to keep them firmly against the side of the glass. Top each glass with an ornament.
