Ballerina Dog Halloween Costume

First up, a prima ballerina. A tiara, tutu and pink leg warmers can make anyone feel like a princess. To make this costume, pink baby socks were cut and embellished with trim and bows. Pink tulle and elastic were used to make the tutu skirt. The neckband was crafted from pink nylon and elastic, but a rhinestone pink collar or harness will work as well. Just remember to top off the costume with an elegant tiara.
