A turquoise wall color sets the scene for interior design in one of HGTV Dream Home's most exquisite spaces. Carrera marble and mother of pearl are among the room's most outstanding features.

Carrera marble tile clads both the floor and shower stall, creating crisp, clean spa-like surfaces.

A farmhouse-inspired bench, whitewashed and distressed, provides space to stow ring-spun cotton towels and a natural seagrass storage basket.

Walls of the walk-in shower are clad in Carrera marble tile, while the floor offers a slight contrast with hexagon mosaic tiles.

Natural quartz tops the apple-green vanity, where an oversized mirror reflects light from the opposite-facing window and creates the illusion of extra square footage.

A single-handle chrome lavatory lends an urban sensibility to countertop design.

Inspired by Kiawah's lush marshland, the custom finish of bathroom cabinetry pops against white surfaces. Nickel gloss knobs elevate the casual-chic design style.

Batik prints, found also in the twin suite bedroom, lend a touch of femininity.

Blown-glass jars rest atop a campaign-style tray table that features bamboo-style legs and fretwork border top. Mother of pearl, painstakingly inlaid by hand, embellishes an ivory resin mirror that carves out the room's focal point.

A private entry hall offers its own closet storage and access to the twin suite bedroom.

"The hallway between the two upstairs bedrooms is basically a crossroads that intersects the hallway that leads you to the loft living room from the stairway," says house planner Jack Thomasson. "A simple left or right turn leads to the bedrooms."
