Country Charm

A faux antler chandelier ties together vintage and modern furniture for a rustic-chic design in this dining room. The homeowners took out a wall to open up the kitchen to the dining room and connected the spaces by installing hardwood floors throughout.

Mean Green Backsplash

Concrete countertops provide a simple surface that contrasts well with the olive-green tile backsplash, while a farmhouse sink and lots of cabinets add functionality.

Clean Lines

Aiming for a minimalistic aesthetic, solid colors and definitive lines were used to design a custom shelving unit and twin suspended sinks. The homeowners weren't sure they'd have enough storage space but welcomed the chance to decrease clutter in their lives in the end.

Ultramodern Materials

With an industrial-like style, this contemporary kitchen got sleek new gray cabinets, complete with an appliance garage to keep clutter to a minimum. Stainless steel appliances and metal barstools polish off the room.

Teppanyaki at Home

A teal ceramic tile backsplash, blue-topped barstools and quartz countertops create a cool vibe in this open kitchen. A large center island is complete with a teppanyaki grill, making it perfect for food prep and dining.

Fun Fifth Wall

The homeowners renovated this half-bathroom by themselves with a little paint. After a fresh coat of white on the walls, the ceiling was painted seafoam green, and matching accessories create a polished look from top to bottom.

Lofty Dining

This dining room on the second floor is surrounded by a brushed nickel railing that overlooks the living room and accent wall painted with alternating shades of gray. The height of the dining area gives the homeowners the feeling of living in a loft that they were looking for.

Basic Breakfast Bar

By cutting out old drywall and adding a quartz countertop, this punch-through breakfast bar was an easy addition that added extra seating for eating and doing homework as well as a view into the backyard.

Rustic Refined

Varied tones of reclaimed wood beautifully stand out against neutral gray cabinets, barstools and floor tiles, while a stainless steel hood above the stove carries over the reflective shine from a light-fixture pendant.

Beachy Bathroom

Concrete countertops encase double sinks in this aquatic-inspired bathroom. Aqua tiles line the all-glass shower and run behind the vanity for a beachy feel in this guest bathroom.

Bursts of Orange

A tiled backsplash in bright orange provides contrast against the stained butcher-block countertops while modern appliances add functionality and convenience.

Funky Patterns

The dark countertops of this breakfast bar contrast well with the bright, circular graphic below while providing extra storage for the room.

Vintage Vanity

The old master bathroom was large enough to be split into two full baths. A claw-foot tub and separate shower stall were installed in this one, and the marble-topped vanity was created out of a vintage dresser the homeowner found online.

Savvy Sophistication

A mixture of dark tones and modern appliances gives this kitchen a sleek, sophisticated vibe. Quartz countertops and a quartz backsplash provide easy-to-clean and durable work surfaces to add functionality.
