Just when we thought we couldn’t be more excited for the return of Home Town (and the Napiers’ new show!), Erin posted on her Instagram stories that one of the homes featured on the show is for sale.

At the affordable asking price of $185,000, one lucky fan could live in an adorable cottage from season two. Renovated in 2017, the home features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an office. Plus, it was renovated with the Napiers' signature Southern style. What's not to love?

The home was designed for the Hurt family, newlyweds who moved to Laurel from Virginia. According to Erin's Instagram story, the Hurts are being transferred back to Virginia for work.

The bungalow-style home was built in 1924 and according to the listing that Erin linked, "sits on one of the prettiest streets in Laurel." Upgrades done by the Napiers include improvements to the exterior and the porch, a completely redone kitchen and banquette, and updates to the bedrooms and bathroom.

Although houses from HGTV shows have been on the market before, this one is truly special because it is only the second house from Home Town to be listed. This opportunity is a rare one, so act fast if you want to own this charming Southern cottage for yourself!
