Urban Dwellings, a Portland based Interior Architectural Practice, was founded in 2005. Tracy’s notable portfolio is a display of design diversity that balances between luxurious coastal homes to the destination experience of a transformed Maine lighthouse. The firm regularly collaborates with trusted and prominent architects, craftsmen, and artists to produce unparalleled design results.
Tracy has served as an editorial advisory, board member, and contributing writer for numerous coastal shelter magazines. Playing an active role in design education has been a consistent force in Tracy’s design philosophy. Inspired by her past instructors, she taught studio and lecture courses as they pertained to interior design at both graduate and undergraduate levels at the Boston Architectural College. Additionally serving on academic review panels and as thesis advisor. In addition to her academic contributions she has been a guest speaker regarding interior design, in particular her own brand of aesthetic, at various East Coast universities and private lecture series.
