Task lighting was a necessity around the vanity in this bathroom remodel. Designer Naomi Stein did not have enough room for sconces, so her solution was puck lighting in the paneled soffit.

The remodel was a complete gut with new plumbing, electrical and finishes. A bathtub was high on the wish list.

Naomi and the homeowner mulled over the style of the fabric shower curtain, opting for a symmetrical two-curtain solution that felt sumptuously feminine. The Caitlin Wilson floral in retro shades of coral and aqua adds pop and personality to the room.

By flanking a recessed mirrored cabinet with a pair of sconces, Naomi created a second vanity area opposite the sink. She refers to the crystal drip sconces as "the perfect jewelry for the wall."
