Before: Original Bathroom

The bathroom was original to the house, which was built in 1926, and in desperate need of an update.

After: Contemporary Glamour

Designer Jennifer Duneier gives the bathroom a complete overhaul. Large square tiles are used to cover the walls, creating a clean, contemporary setting. Mother-of-pearl tiles border the top of the room to add a touch of sparkle.

After: Streamlined Style

The floor is a combination of white and mother-of-pearl tiles, and a sleek tub fits seamlessly into the updated bathroom. Chrome accents add to the modern feel of the space.

Before: Outdated Design

Adjacent to the bathroom is an unused room with dated style. The homeowners wanted Duneier to create a relaxing sitting area.

After: Serene Sitting Room

Graphic blue wallpaper is framed in silver for a glamorous backdrop to this ladies' sitting room. Duneier designs a custom round settee with mother-of-pearl buttons to tie together the two rooms.

After: Girly Elegance

A stylish blue desk with nailhead trim is a focal point in the ladies' sitting room. Huge botanical prints add a contemporary yet feminine quality to the room.

After: Blue Hues

The mostly monochromatic space features varying shades of blue to create a restful ambiance.
