This incredible home includes multiple outdoor areas for relaxing and entertaining: a pool, spa, an upper and lower deck, and space to set up an outdoor dining room and kitchen. All feature breathtaking views of the nearby lake.

To preserve this gracious tree, the design inspiration for the home, the split-level deck was built directly around it. The lower deck is almost as large as the upper one, and it is shady and cool all day.

Inspired by the beautiful trees on the property, the designers dubbed this home, "The Treehouse" and used the tree-theme throughout the house. This particular tree was extra-special as its shape makes it ideal for sitting (one branch in particular is at perfect sitting-height) and its size provides tons of shade for the outdoor living area.
