Greenhouse-Inspired Home Design
This home's unique, greenhouse-esque design was inspired by the homeowners' love for plants. With high pitched ceilings and tons of windows, the space feels very open and bright, while the use of plants in the space adds warmth to the design.
Open Kitchen With Copper Details
The "U"-shaped kitchen cabinets provide plenty of counter space while giving definition to the kitchen space, separating it from the rest of the first floor. The barstools give the space a casual dining option but are also in close proximity to the dining space, so they could also serve as an extension of the home's dining area.
Industrial-Style Shelves
As a barrier between the modern staircase and the kitchen space, a glass wall serves as an anchor for the industrial shelves that have the appearance of simply floating in the air.
Sunken, Jewel Toned Living Room
A blue, sectional provides plenty of cozy seating in the step-down living space, while teal, orange and white pillows add pops of color. To soften the tile floor, a teal and brown rug adds bold comfort to the space.
Greenery Surrounds Sofa
The home's sunken living room allows the home to retain its open concept design, while creating physical separation between the living room and the other spaces on the home's lower level.
Dining Space With Live Edge Table
The dining table between the kitchen and living room areas provides comfortable seating for ten with a live edge table that adds texture to the space.
Stylish Upstairs Living Area
A set of glass shelves provide display space that overlooks the home's lower level.
Funky Teal Furniture
The upper level of this funky home contains a sitting area. The entire space is covered in teal, adding bold, bright color. To warm the space, a slender band of windows surrounds the space, letting in natural light.
Art Displayed on Ceiling
Due to the low clearance of the walls prevented designers from hanging art and other decor on the walls, so they used the flat spaces on the ceilings for this purpose.
Colorful & Contemporary Master Bedroom
The homeowners wanted a simple, modern bedroom, so the designers started with neutral tile on the floor and added wood paneling to the wall. A bold canvas bed complements the blackout curtains, while a pink area rug and matching pillows bring in a touch of color.
Master Bath With Tons of Texture
The homeowners wanted a unique look throughout their homes, so designers delivered with touches of texture throughout the home, even in the master bathroom space. Textured concrete adds a fun flair to the space, while a teal tile floor brings color to the space. Finally, a wood vanity adds the finishing touch to this fun master bathroom.
Guest Bedroom With Poolside Feel
In this guest bedroom, designers wanted to bring the illusion of a pool to the space, so they installed wallpaper to the ceiling that mimics the design of a pool liner. The bold, blue tye-dye bedspread mirrors that feeling, while sandy wood and a neutral rug bring warmth to the space.
