San Antonio often ranks as one of the "friendliest cities" in America, so it's no surprise to see it on Airbnb's most hospitable list. Airbnb Superhost Lizzie says she makes guests to her Urban Casa feel welcome by remembering the little details they share about their trip when booking. "If they're celebrating a birthday or anniversary, we're sure to have a homemade cake and celebration sign waiting for them," she says. "If they're traveling with kids, toys and crafts unique to the kiddos' ages can be a lifesaver. (As parents, we've been there!) And with a handful of universities nearby, we have a lot of families in town to drop off their students. In those cases, a San Antonio souvenir (and lots of tissues!) are in order."
