Upcycle Vintage Mini Tins Into Funky Ornaments
Vintage mini gelatin molds and tart tins are not the first thing that comes to mind when decorating for the holidays, but maybe they should be. These mini molds are easy to source at flea markets or thrift stores and make perfect wee winter dioramas for decking the halls.

Materials Needed
- vintage jello molds or tart tins
- hot glue gun and glue sticks
- small Christmas figurines
- pipe cleaners
Tip: Mini metal tins can also be found new. Check bake shops and online if you can’t make it to the flea market.
Create Scenes
Using hot glue, add decorations inside the molds. Create small scenes like reindeer in a snow-covered forest.
Add Hanger
Attach a pipe cleaner to the back side of the ornament as a hanger (Image 1). Hang from tree and enjoy (Image 2).
