Boozy Irish Coffee Sundae Recipe

Ingredients:
coffee ice cream
1 cup hot fudge topping (storebought or homemade)
whipped cream (storebought or homemade)
2 tablespoons good Irish whiskey
Irish cream liqueur
Irish coffee glass mugs
green candies (optional)
Yield: Serves 4
Instructions:
1. Place hot fudge topping in a microwaveable container and heat till warm. Stir in Irish whiskey and mix until smooth.

2. Scoop coffee ice cream into glass coffee mugs; top with whiskey hot fudge sauce.
3. Add whipped cream, then top with a splash of Irish cream liqueur. Garnish with green candies and serve immediately.
