What You'll Need:
- (3) coordinating tissue paper colors
- pipe cleaners in coordinating colors
- stapler and staples
Make Flowers
Use three different complementary colors, each cut a little smaller than the other. Fanfold in about 1-inch increments (Image 1). Tie pipe cleaner tightly around the center of the tissue paper (Image 2), and fluff the tissue paper one color at a time to resemble a flower (Images 3 and 4). To make a large flower, combine two flowers by flipping them upside down and stapling together (Image 5).

Attach to Arbor
Attach flowers to copper arbor by twisting the pipe cleaner tightly around the pipe. To add flowers at an angle in corners, stretch a piece of tape from one bar to the other, and attach the flowers to the tape. You can also use tape to layer flowers on top of each other.

Wet + Dye Cloth
First, protect work surface with a plastic drop cloth. Next, wet the drop cloth with water using a big paintbrush. Make it fairly wet and work a section at a time. Squirt some already mixed dye, and spread with the paintbrush about halfway down the cloth. Let dry overnight, then wash alone on the hottest setting.
