Of the ranch's 400 acres, over 25 go to Oak Savanna Vineyard which grows a wide-range of varietals.

The estate's 400-plus acres include the 25-acre Oak Savanna Vineyard, one of the oldest in Santa Barbara County. Chardonnay, Syrah, Sangiovese and Tempranillo varietals are all part of the offerings.
